Hey, let me just say to all of you who've pulled your hair out trying to beat an answer/solution out of Adelphia and Joymax... THANK YOU for your effort even if nothing has been accomplished. I've e-mailed both numerous times with what I felt was helpful/useful messages trying to further a resolutio...

Yeah Chaud, we know it's our ISP's fault (Adelphia, bought out by TW) and it sucks but they claim it's not them. If you're able to connect do us all a favor and tell Joymax to straighten it out... since we can't access them, we can't complain.

Plasma_Jet, Contact Tech Support again and give them the following link to the DNS report (from above).. see if that helps them understand. Let us know if you hear anything. Ask them why previous TW users and other US providers are allowing connections and Adelphia is being anal. m
