I'm from united states and I cant connect to the game either or the website....WHEN WILL THE MADNESS END!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ever since the 9 hour server shut down...I've not been able to start the game or even go on the main website...can someone please tell me what I can do? I would be very thankful...I'm starting to have withdraws!!!!!!!
