I got it!!!! my calculation was off cuz I have gears, avatar, suits on and stats count all str and int units on those item as well...

Just press the plus button next to INT. You are lvl 113 but don't know how to add stats? it not about to press the button bro, it about how many point should I give to INT and how many on STR?
