A helpdesk assistant logged in and describe me the game.
@Home itself can reach it, with the same numbers ....

AND NOW... they expect that i gonna call, to hear a another stupid answer ??? . What they thinking over there ??? We better don't pay those days at @home, see service contract.... And claim the ticket and pet......... Never seen such provider, they only sit still and hope there will be a another day...

U can run SRO again, but you have to do it with Proxifier.

Just called to @home, and they tell me wat WillemG wrote above.
There was another option to flush your dns ( doesn't work either).

Earlier this morning i wrote a mail to Joymax too, but still no response.

It seems it's the long legged bird and bucket with sand policy......
