i have sent a bug report to silkroad and i am waiting for their reply.

i do not get errors on any other game (even ut2004. the unreal engine is one of the most hardware stressing engines out there) so it can't be my card overheating (got a custom fan on it) maybe i need to update my drivers (i am using ati omega drivers) will say if it works after updating my drivers. ...

i have this exact same problem. is your graphics card a radeon 9600 pro?
