You are right. Here is a screenshot that a fellow guild member took of Lemming using the 2nd book Fire Nuke. I beleive he is lvl 60.

Yeah i had that backwards Teleport away then drop the 2nd book of the Fire Nuke boom around 10,000 dmg

Yes I pretty much started farming from the begining not lvling anything untill lvl 9 then again at lvl 14 since I'm a pure Int build. Now at lvl 23 my masterys are 2 below my char lvl.
