Hybrid 11:1 int s/s or Hybrid 8:1 int spear? both have cold/fire

Im guessin spear because of the hp bonus it gets? but then again s/s has the shield and knockdown.. so opinions?..

I looked at Silkroad R and it says Open beta which means they are gonna stop it january 4th or is that just for the events in silkroad R? And i decided to be full str glaive i heard thats a good class
