what version is this on... ive looked at hotan for csro and it only goes up to 6th

im having a little trouble cause i didnt see this when i was a lower level... so i didnt bother doing the quests but now i do. i wanna do the level 30 quest to get the zerk scrolls but i dont know how to get it. i followed the prerequisite's up the line and went to the people but i couldnt get some....

im pretty darn sure that its 600 hp

welll right now im level 43 and i only have 75 max mastary... by my calculations i should have about 80 so....

for some reason im not getting max mastary... or i just dont know dont know i though that it was twice your level - 6...
maybe theres some quest?
if anybody can help me that would be great

talking about on csro.... you can use it but nothing shows up when you try to click on the drop bars....

I like cSRO a lot more than iSRO. You can always login and there are no bots. I've met about 20 people who plan on staying on cSRO.

i would like to know if there are any people that know if a build like this would work. full ice full lightning full spear mastery ice for imbue and physical def lightning for the nuke, grass walk and piercing force the spear mastery for various other skills mostly i chose ice for the slow and freez...
