Why do my premium isn't working?

Am I the only one who cant press start at the char selection screen?
Do premiums still works cuz i have one but i keep getting dc at the login?

Thanks, this is in no way an attempt to exclude anyone, that is not the point of the action we'll take. We simply need to be at our best game.
