Do you REALLY need that mobo? seriously? Thats WAY too much for your needs to be honest ... Unless you tell me you have 3 external HDD, a joystick, a steering wheel, a USB mic, and 2 USB keys... You can easily cut down 40 - 50$ on that, and the CPU, you don't need 3.3GHz again, easy 50 - 70$ on tha...
