Doesn't +30 give you 0 honor points , lv 1 is minimum and gives 39 points when graduated ( at 40 ) . lv 2 gives 38 points ,etc . p.s: i heard a long time ago that there was a bug allowing lv 39 to give you as much honor points as lv 1 char . did it got fixed ? i get that much, but arn't honor point...

im a euro char, so i only care about the buffs.... So can i just get like lvl 39 people in my academy and lvl them to 40?

how does it depend on ur server?? arnt there a set #of honor points u get in total for each buff?

how many buffs are there?
what buffs are they?
how many honor points do i need for them?
