I have Windows Vista 64-Bit

Do I update the graphics driver from the BIOS Setting? tbh i dont know what im doing.

I have 8 gigs of ram, 1 TB hardrive, graphics card: ATI Radeon HD 3850 and i got cable internet.

So i have installed the newest SRO and got it all up, when i go to push the start button it loads up find. But right when it is about to start it just pauses and takes about 5 to 10 minutes just to load the client for some reason then just stops loading or it get very very laggy and cant even log in...
