Wondering what is the best set yet.. on all the servers, since rev best on all over the servers is not working yet.. so does anyone know?

i know that the highest set is the immortality set.. but + ?

Does anyone know if the new weapons will be bought with gold/silver coins, like the immortality set? if not.. then how can you get it?
