You can't have the one with the black text because it is over a somewhat Black Background, the font isn't the easiest thing to read, but you still can, overall I think it's good

Howabout adding a new section under off topic and the art gallery pertaining to discussion about web design and stuff like CSS, PHP, HTML, Javascript?

You really should just keep the best of the best screenshots up, and delete the lower rating ones periodically(say once a week, or once a month.) That way the screenshots will be junk free. It will help free up some bandwidth also.

Implement the system, but make it so people with -rep, or 1 post accounts, give 0 rep, if that is at all possible.

Guy runs into castle, kills a few people, grabs a document, escapes on horseback, goes to pub, hands parchment to guy, guy gives guy gold, guy looks at gold with some shady figures staring behind him.

The site is back up, but unfortunatly I have found that many great topics, sections, members, posts, and reputation points are missing, because they were created after january.

This forum would be better without rep points, because then some people will expect them when they help others, will get angry when they don't get them, and some of the newer members will get angry for getting a "-rep" so will just return the favor. It just makes the forum more hostile.

They seem to be working fine for me.
