IIRC means 'if I remember correctly' And if I do remember correctly it will take away the 1 str/int you get everytime you level up. So if you want extra health you will have to go hybrid. yes, parry ratio increase is beneficial for sure. For your shield add critical parry on it, try for 100%. as for robes - I don't like the looks of them either. sounds like your internet is total shit (be it the modem, the line in or out frequency, you router, whatever) it could be isro itself, but theres no way of knowing. it could also be 3rd party programs.
