Quest gives you about .30 and it unlimited repeatable. around 4m exp so figure that in to it. takes about 20 mins to complete it.

Edit* btw party play is the way to go i get around 2.40% an hour with ticket. Plus the quest to do at the same time. When you get a character this level and see that the quest 100+ are really worth doing you will notice.

I believe eventually you will be able to buy something from the item mall to be able to expand it though.
