It's there until JM decides to change it or someone figures out a pk2. It's because JM realized o shit, we made exp/sp requirement too high. If ppl see that it takes them a month of grinding to gain 10% exp, they'll quit on us. So they made it so that 10%=100% exp bar which makes grinding seem a LI...
