it's a logic thing u gotta max all 1hand skills once u reach high levels because it's useful in parties , pve 1-it's faster than 2hand 2-u got Crit Avoid which increases ur parry ratio against crit 3-blockade to increase ur block ratio 4-high def 5-u have Shield trash and shield crush Perfect weapon...
