To be honest, 110 isn't impossible legit. With the help of guildmates and luck on your side, getting to 110 should even be easy. Sounds stupid, but true. The only bad point is the skill points. I don't know of many shortcuts, but here goes:-

- Tab button activates berserker mode
- Space + number lets you use something in the skill/item bar
- Enter to type in chat box without clicking on it
