hi all... im lv 17 now and i try to get the Level 15 - Cheolhyeon Anger.. But the Npc do not give me the quest.. Anyone have any idea why? I think you need to complete these quests first. There's a third bandit-related quest, but I don't think it's a prerequisite. I could be wrong. Level 10 - Sweep...
