Is it just me or does everyone have to put up with the 1 second delay before your character responds to your actions, If i Click to move, there is 1 full second if not more before my character decides to move. How do i get rid of this?

Is SRO Server Based movement or Client based movement, because when i press Forward or Click to move, there is at least 1 full second of waiting before my character actually follows my instructions, is there a way for this to be fixed or should i just not bother with SRO as i am from Australia
