I am lvl 49 but I can't take this quest,the NPC doesn't give me the chance to "talk to this person" so I cant take de quest...I've done all the quests before,but this quest desn't have a link quest...so...what is happening here?? Level 49 - Sweeping Mujigi NPC: south gateway of hotan guard...

I have a litte problem....I've made a wizard...and I have a problem with the pots and their re-use time...I've configured the re-pot system like in my chinesse char,but the delay of reuse a potion is tooooooo long,like 10 seconds,not like in my chinesse char(no delay re-using pots),and becau...
