I would say that Garment is good for PvM. For PvP it depends on what type of character u are fighting.

You should be able to open it with notepad if you Right click it and select, "Open with"

Could I join? I have a level 13 archer, but I decided to start a full str/glavie/fire character. I am relatively new to sro, but I'm very active, and should be able to level, and learn the game quickly. My character's name is xXNoReXx, and my account is noremaccsb.
