cold 20 or 30 is a waste of mastery, the only thing u will get is snow shield, and snow alone will not save you.

get cold 110, u will have amazing phy def, snow shield when u need, and imbue

u gotta do the first 2 Deity quests to unlock the others. it wont take more than 15 mins just do them
