No.

Cold Wave series is a waste of SP. It has very little effectiveness and can be pilled in less than a second. Why stop to give someone frostbite status when you could be hitting hard? Don't waste your time on it.

You can using one of two different ways.

Resuscitation potions which use in-game gold, or item mall skill reallocation potions.

Don't feed the troll.

It attacks what you attack, on offensive mode.

Nothing more.
