Well, first of all it's Sci-fi. I was imagining a planet resting on clouds. Secondly, I didn't fill in stars. What you're seeing is two stars layers: one for smaller stars and one with larger stars. I then randomly erased stars from each layer. Basically what you're seeing is that I may have erased ...

Much better. You actually did something this time. Some comments: The bottom left corner doesn't appear as round as the top right. I'm not sure if it's just an upload problem or what. Also, the outer glow is distracting to me. I like the idea of a glow, however. Three things I think you could try to...

Planetscape - Cloud Planet

Well, this is my first attempt at a true planetscape (my third planet attempt). I might work on it more after I step away from it for a little while, but here it is: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v129/lufia22/cloud-planet.jpg Things I'm not positive on: -Color scheme -Brush strokes on cloud (som...

Because I will be honest, both your images feel immaturish, and lacking any kind of imagination While some of your points are valid, I would be very careful with the words you use, especially after viewing some of the things you've done. Don't toot one's horn, so to speak. @NightShroud When I gave ...

There's people who are too harsh. There's people who are too nice. There's some that are in between. There seems to be a little bit of all three here.

Silent Hill sig - advice?

http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v129/lufia22/SHSigz.jpg Not sure if I really like the white text much, but I can't think of what to make it so that it's visible. Also, is it overall just too dark? The boarder could be bigger too. I consider this a pretty decent attempt. I haven't messed around in...

I like it. I like the motion blur kind of effect and the colors and render blend real nicely. My only gripes are that it's kinda large and the text needs to be redone. You could perhaps shorten it lengthwise and get rid of most of that left area. That way it wont look TOO big without having to reall...

I meant something you see on a tile floor. As for a fireball, I'd go with something flat-edged and not too realistic or detailed looking. Something like this: http://www.universitytshirt.com/images/ihongs/fireball.gif But still, I think it looks tacky with that background color and something that 2D...

Uh....looks like a tile background and some abstract 3D render and bevel around the edges. I don't really like the colors and you left a lot of dead space with nothing really going on.
