Hey, what's the name of the quest with the Curst hearth and how does it work?

I'm full Int wizard lvl 26.. I could rly do with some hp.
Is it possible to add some strengths when I lvl and how many?


Also: when I started wizard long time ago, I put points in Lightning bolt..

I redownloaded it, reinstalled. It's still the same.... HOW DO I FIX THIS? I've also tried turning of my firewall and it's still the same! I don't get it. I have the same computer as last year when I played silkroad. Maybe it has something to do with Europe idk. Anyway, it's still not working.
