Delete everything containing silkroad, update everything the site will let you, drivers for example, then download it again.

I updated everything on the site.

Yeah, actually a couple of times.

That's a problem too, i'm unable to post a bug report because I haven't made a charactor in-game, and yes, i'm able to log into the website.

ok, first, I couldn't download the game, I got through that, next, the game would close while updating, I fixed that too, third, I had the famous problem, "I can't make an account", I got through that to, now, when I log in, it says "user conformation failed, invalid ID or password&qu...

I have the same problem.....

I made a new account, but the same thing is happening.

I've registerd my account, now it says that I typed in an invalid id or password, I am positive I spelled it right, can anyone help me?

C'mon someone has to know how to help me!

This happened to me too, I installed direct X 9.0 and the updates for my graphics card, but if you've done all of that im not sure how to help you.

I need help creating my account, after I fill out the form and click join I am sent back to the homepage, can anyone tell me why?
