I have e lvl 85 bower with the following build: Full str pacheon: 100 Fire: 100 Light: 100 u could also do: Light:80 Ice:20 This will have a bit less speed but the lvl 20 snow shield could be handy in pvp Also u might get short on mp if u use snow shield in pvp and get hit by a wiz.
