Cold wave is useless for PvP. Firstly although the game description claims instant cast you STOP to cast it. Secondly it is pilled away in a flash. Because of this you lose distance if you were trying to snare a runner. Frost Nova Book 1 and 3 is average. The whole series is NOT for chasing runners....

I'm at 10k points but still level 15 and I'm wondering what the level means.

Does it mean with PK Level 15 I have to regrind another 14 levels after I reach 0 points of level 15?

I agree with Kitary on this one personally int hybrid should have high enough mag balance to do big nuke damage, but at the same time having a level of str to withstand blows.

I would have went with a 90% int hybrid after my pvp experience at 4-5X but my pure str blader is farmed till cap lol

I have 7K+ AP and they decay so slowly.. I have not been killed by a hunter and I can't pay the fine at the Hotan Hunter NPC.

Japanese gamers are obsessed with game mechanics and need all the info they can get to do number crunching.

Not surprised to see that stuff on their main website.

Don't kid yourself, levelling with a 4 level gap will take much longer compared to farming 1 month then doing a 0 level gap to cap.

I don't have the numbers but it doesn't take a maths whiz to compare the difference in levelling rates with a 0 gap compared to a 4-9 gap.
