as mamba said, max sp farming is 9 lvls. I like to play with 8 since you get more exp but half less sp than you would get with 9. And believe me, by lvl 25, you will want to commit suicide with 9 lvl farming... 8 wont make u kill yourself and will get you good sp.

nope. attack rating determines your attack dmg in a way. Say your dmg range is between 50 to 60. If your attack rating is low, you will have dmgs near the 50, while if you have high attack rating, you will have dmg closer to 60.
