If the person fails to enter the captcha, the person should get the 50k back. But if the person succeeds to enter the captcha, he loses the 50k. Also people out of town who haven't killed a monster in 10-20 seconds shouldn't be able to get flagged, this will avoid disconnecting afk uses out of town....
