shouldnt the level be usually higher than the mastery when gapping?

lol yeah, when ppl are ganged out on a giant and the guy keeps knockin him down, it gets quite annoying lol

Specifically what books should i max up to in each skills mentioned on the str/fire/glavie sticky thread because on the guide it only mentions the Basis name of the skill but not delve into what books to go up to..

im pure str/fire/glavie and have not farmed yet, where do i go to farm and how much should i acquire ?

also, any tips and hints on this topic will be appreciated
