So it doesn't matter what level I am aslong as I have 9 gap i can train at those bandit thingis ? im currently 34

So i read the SP farming guide and im confused it says to die at level 17 to be 16 again and repeat to get good sp from that place bandit w.e , well is that how it is? or is it diffrent because I just found out about SP farming and im 32 so should I die alot? or what ? Im so confused HELP!
