Traders get donation when finish trade and sell loot. For every trade you get some exp, for example 5* lvl 100 is around 700k donation. Well, GM just lie, if he said he cant do nothing with bots. If they really care they can ban almost all bots and they dont need to spend much time or money for it. it is implemented in sro. All you need to do is: 1. Your party must kill Roc, 2. You must make biggest dmg in party 3. Than you can pick up Roc claw (blue item like quest) 4. after repeating this three times u will get 3 Roc Claw and NPC will give you stone. But unfortunetly u cant get over point 1:)
