Use one and log out. When you log back it it disapeared. Slow, but if you have prem then it's faster than waiting 30 minutes. Teleport might aswell work, I'm not sure but I think one of mine disapeared after I teleported and I was sure the 30 minutes weren't over.

It's all irrelevant. Ultimately what a macro program is doing is simply executing a sequence of skills without any real knowledge of what is actually happening.
