People that make all STR, Fire, and Glavie characters is it for they can last longer in PVP or deal more damage?

I'am Lvl 15 I only gotten one bow skill the critical one the rest are in lightning. I'am not going to level my mastery skill no more going to start farming, the question is should I get more bow skills like the double shot one, the white eagle and the bow trait. What build can mark the highest damage hit Glavie and going all out on STR and Fire. Or Spear going all out on INT with lightning, or what builds are out there that can land really high damage keeping constant DPS?

Well finally decide what character to really build, a hybrid build 2 points in INT, and 1 point for STR. I made a pure INT character I keep getting owned alot, so the true question now is magic stronger than physical abilities? What you guys recomend 2 INT 1 STR or 1 INT 2 STR?
