If you are a 8:1 hybrid (7:1 is most popular) you will need Ice imbue for your defence, I am a 100 spear light ice build, full int, love it.

If you go light+fire you will have no def and will most certainly be destroyed by everything

Make a new account and focus on one weapon and 2 forces (fire,light,ice)

Look at some of the guides on the forums, gl.

Ice shield is enough def, my spear nuker ownnnsssss sword nukers.

If they're str build my ice + armor keeps me safe, sosun spear rapes about anything. If they get close i just use the spear fan and finish them off with melee, knockback stun etc.

But yah, sword is the "safe" way to go.

Hey everyone, and thanks for any help. Right now I am lvl 56 w/ 56 cold fire light, 30 spear... originally I was trying to prove a point to a friend that full int can hit lvl 90 (before this nuker I was pure str ice blader, for pvp).. I was wondering if I should sub out fire for more spear? Maybe 90...
