Jstar, Freeza's voice in the japanese audio was pretty boring and run of the mill. Making him sound like an demented, condescending, old lady in the English audio adds a lot to his cool points. BTW Vegeta sounded awesome in English audio. He and Piccolo had the most badass voices.
