This is what the item description says:

Quest item.

1. Can be used by party leaders only at corresponding areas.
2. Can be used to meet Ivy even if not party leader.



I know the item you speak of, that is from a Chinese quest, i forget which one. But i got this from finishing the Ivy 1 quest.

What is the point of this item?
As far as i understand i do not need it to find Ivy, so why do i have it?

when i said it was sad, i was trying to imply the depressed state of playing for so long to get to lvl 76 and only have your first at that lvl. But 1 drop is better than no drops in my opinion.

No offence but that is sad... your first sos drop at lvl 76... My first sos drop was a lvl 16 sos spear at lvl 16... but of course that has been my only once since... And that was on my first char i ever made, which has been deleted a long long time ago.

I am not having great problems with the lag, but only when i move from one area to another that is starts to lag on me. My screen freezes and then i appear a far distance away from where my screen just was. So i think its a problem with the sync between the servers and clients.... Maybe the are work...
