yes the str/int+3 will def give u an advantage but that means your ticket will be running ur in a 4man or no pt at all. when people have job wars or job they are usually in a 8man pt which (if you didn't already know) stops your tickets. but yeah ppl can and im sure some will just get the ticket for...
