Well blader got shield wich give extra def. + it can wear protector, in this case , snow shield isnt so important. It may not be actually "important" as you said, but it is extremely useful. It can be the difference between living and dying, even more when at wars, jobbing or when mobbed....

At the very least, max daggers as well. Warrior/xbow just seems like a waste of time and sp in the long run IMO. Sure, it won't be terrible tho.

I prefer healing cycle over orbit for str clerics. Altho healing orbit heals more now (depending on ur lvl), healing cycle costs a lot less mp. U can still use healing orbit in group situations but healing cycle is more ideal for 1vs1. Self-select really isn't a huge deal.

Yea, if u use absolute damage skills on mobs/players higher than you, it will do less. I don't know how it is calculated tho.

I Think it's a waste of SP, They don't do very good damage, but they are quite fast to cast. My choice is Rogue/Cleric. Good defence and offence (which unfortunately applies to warrior/cleric too). With light armor passives + plus ur recovery division, healing cycle etc.., u can tank really well with ur cleric rod w/ shield, then u have the common mortal wounds combo with ur xbow and daggers.

Go Pacheon 100/Fire 100/Light 80/Cold 20. As a pure str, maxing light isn't really worth it, and the 20% snow shield can save your life.
