I'm planning on starting a new FF nuker. Some questions I have are:

1) Which build is the strongest for PvP? (Pure, Hybrid, S/S, Spear, etc... )
2) What does 70:70 INT mean? o_O

I WOULD choose a Pure INT S/S Nuker IF it had pimped up equips. But for my all-time favourite, I'd have to go with Pure STR Glaive. Weaponry skills are just too much more fun too play with than Force.
