i hope im posting this in the right place... i want to know how to edit EU stuff .. cause all i find is Ch edits more specifically i want to know how to make a 9D heavy armor into a 10D heavy armor. ( the weapons to ) when i just change it like i normally do (eg: making 8D to 9D). the game runs, but...
