Is there a prerequisite to trigger this quest - Asa's Flute?

Im currently reaching 36 but my quest log only has leeguk's jewelries..do i have to complete this quest to enable this quest?

I try talking to the lottery Wahyun guy he didnt have tat quest thing in conversation yet.

safe to be hybrid just dont try to be 1:1

it's ok to be a hybrid 1:2 and 2:1. Anyway, no guild war / trade lvl 5 battles are fought alone. stay focus and consistent. fire/ice looks good fire's defensive on status magic ice's defensive on physical atk ice's imbued fire's nuke and both passive to back u up if u use imbue ice then launch fire nuke by chance u free the mobs and see them burning lol... this build good for solo...anyway just do some sp farm for start....
