There is two characters. 1) Kills Julies in intention to save the roman empire 2) Was very loyal to Julies, and tries to kill the conspirators, although his loyalty isn't necessarily for the Roman empire but for Ceaser because he was a good lead...

I'm a bit confused, would loyalty to the person in power would be political loyalty or just loyalty to the country?
