It depends on the amount of int you have in corellation(sp?) to your level. so that means the less sp i have the less mag balance ill have?? Lower lvls full int have only 80-89% balance, but after ~25lvl your balance will be +90%. ok thats very good since right now im 20 and my mag. balance is 88% ...
