your choice to use it or not. i seldom ever use it when going solo, only because wizards do enough damage as it is. LC just boils grinding down to time vs endurance. on one hand, if you use LC, you reduce grinding time for a given level, but compromise your wizard's endurance by cutting down it's hp...
