if anyone else is wondering, as long as the costume says "able to equip" you can equip and attachement, just tested it and it works.

ah right, i want to attactch the new samurai accessory to my arabian dress. Guess ill just get it and give it a shot lol.

Wanted to know if i buy an attachement from one silk costume, could i use it with a different costume?
