Is there a way to have my hot-bar stacked instead of pressing F1-F4 to change them?

Ok so I'm lvl 20 Rogue and don;t really plan on using any of my X-bow skills not a fan of bow using at all. I know that not using X-bow is not really recommended but u gotta play your way. What Other skills can i put my extra sp into? I'm mostly solo unless i can find a team that doesn't really talk...

Think For subs I'll wait till about lvl 20/30 so i learn abit more lvl 1o atm...I've notice that dagger only has 1 passive and Active for daggers only should these be maxed out? Silent Expert and Dagger Charge.

really is it that hard with daggers only. i just made a post asking about this..love dagger usrs plan on using it all the way. bows are my most hated class/weapon on all mmorpg. I tend to solo alot team now an again..
Now what do i need to make this work..in terms of gears/sub/lvlin etc

Isee so i'm looking at a long journey should be interesting..So Rouge/Cleric is the way to go for me..hmm at what lvls should i be looking to start the sub?

1)Ok Planning on making a Rouge/Dagger Master only as i'm not a fan of bows at all Now can this be done and still be useful?
2)Also if i sub with barb/Cleric/Warlock can i use there still without switching weapons?
3)I Like To Solo Alot out the 3 subs what the best for this

From what I've being reading I'm leaning towards war/warlock seems like it takes awhile to get use to..I'm coming from a mmorpg with no cool down and not nearly as much skills where pvp/pk u pretty much use 1 skill..

Ok so i just started playing and I'm leaning towards war/cleric or warlock have read both guild and they look like fun. my questing is which is better at PVE i like pvp but don't do it too often

How good is this build at pve? And about lvlin this build can robe be used from the start and what weapon should i be using for lvlin?
